Public Workshop #1 December 3, 2008 6:00 – 8:00 PM Interested residents and stakeholders were given a presentation on the JLUS program and provided input on the issues and opportunities related to land use compatibility around the NSA Panama City area. Funded by the Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment, the JLUS is a collaborative planning effort between active military installations, surrounding counties and cities and other affected agencies. Subsequent forums will be scheduled in 2009.
